This place suits me perfectly! The amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness centre provide everything I need. I remember how the staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay. A wonderful experience overall, highly recommend!

the kitchen was ok for us. location very close to the royal albert hall. one of the dining options, ask italian, was 15 mins walk away.

The room was chilly, the air conditioning wasn't working.

Absolutely amaizing quiet and safe place very close to the center of London. 2 minuts to the tube station. Ideal for women if she visited London alone for business purpose.

If possible please include eggs and becon to breakfast.

Great location near the underground, but room felt cramped without natural light.

Everything was just wonderful. And for a family of 4, ideal and comfortable.

Water was a bit funny. Either very hot, very very hot or very very very hot. But it was fixed.

Very nice appartments, very clean, nice staff and good location. Shops close by to get bits and pieces for the well equipped kitchen. Would definately stay there again.

Professional and responsive staff from every services, everything is very comfortable. The ambiance is individual. The location is convenient, just a short walk away from Victoria and Albert Museum.

excellent position - 3 mins from Picadilly line

Enjoyed the enormous space in the executive studio, never had so much room in a hotel. Kitchen basic, but well equipped. Bed ok. Two supermarkets, several restaurants/fastfood chains in 5 mins, museums 5-10 mins, tube Gloucester Road 5 mins.

Room relatively noisy and cold due to bad insulation. Traffic noise probably can't be avoided, but hotel put in extra heaters in our room, so cold was taken care of.

the first day our shower didn't work, anyway they fixed it in a short time. we had to ask for more towels and kitchen stuff.

The apartment has everything you need, it really feels like home!

- no free internet, only via buying for example one hour internet access that would start the moment you log in, so not possible to use the hour whenever you want. - poor furniture and decoration, extremely poorly equiped kitchen (we took an appartment with a kitchen)
